5 Stars How easy to get great pictures
Been looking for a good quality point shoot camera and I have found it in the Canon SD990IS. Got rid of my Pentax Program 35mm and very seldom even use my Minolta diamage camera anymore because it is so much easier to carry the pocket size SD990IS which takes as good pictures as my pervious cameras. Now I am seldom without my camera so when the old ” I wish I had the camera ” moment comes along I get the shot now. Used this for my son’s recent wedding and was plesently supprised with the quality pictures and only my poor composure tecnique caused some pictures that weren’t keepers.

5 Stars Excellent Camera!
I love this camera. I just sold my DSLR because I wanted something smaller but something that took great photos and this is it. The video is amazing too. I was on a job taking video and photos of a dam repair and the video I produced had amazing quality. If you are looking for a point and shoot and can afford it I would definitely recommend this one. Everyone I’ve shown the photos too loves it and can’t believe I only paid 299!

This camera takes better pictures than the $1000+ Nikon my husband bought me 2 years ago. I bought so I could have something to throw in my purse and it has been fantastic.

Good camera – great pictures; I am looking for a camera that takes pictures quickly. This has that feature but you cannot use the video screen; you have to look through a tiny view finder.

The camera have good resolution and great new features but you have to read the manual to get the resolution you want. The only bad thing is older models have a safe lock in the battery and memory stick cover and this model not.

3 Stars Not the best phone at this price point
Beware – the sound quality on this phone is pretty bad. A lot of echo and people have told me they can’t hear me unless I’m within 2 feet of the base unit. Other than that, it’s a basic land line phone. I do like having the second handset, although the sound quality on it is the same unless you’re close to the primary base unit.

I’ve had the phone for a month or so . I’m 100% satisfied with it. It works fine and the sound quality is great. It doesn’t have many features but if you’re looking for a cheap quality phone, this is a good choice.

If you already have voice messaging through your phone company and just need the phone only, this is a great one. I’ve had no regrets ordering this phone. It has a sleek design (no antenna sticking out), great clarity and a quality speakerphone. I recommend this phone.

5 Stars Good buy for the price paid
I have used 2.4 Ghz phones and the 5.8 Ghz cordless phones, I have read a lot of good things about DECT phone, and decided to buy at Amazon, the phone works fine, and it has no interference from other cordless phones, where neighbors can listen to your conversation when they have a similar frequency phone available. The DECT phones work very well with VoIP. The cost is slightly higher than a cordless phone, but considering that your privacy is not compromised using DECT phone, it is worth the extra money. I like my phone and enjoying its services in 2 rooms.

I also like Amazon’s A to Z guarantee and that was also one reason to buy from Amazon.com

OEM battery works much better and life is more than 3 times longer.

Bought this because i bought the battery grip for my 40d and it requires 2 batteries to run isntead of one, but then it doubles the shooting time, hell, i can say it triples or quadruples it, haha.

Pricey, but worth every penny.

Honestly, the quality of this product is amazing. It’s really not so much the seller experience i had as it is the actual product that is so amazing, tho the seller was extremely easy to go thru, they shipped quickly, and I received the product in the mail right on schedule with when they told me it would be here.

I just put in bateries, connected it to my 50D, turned it on and began shooting. It was great! Also the bateries lasted me through an entire wedding reception and a birthday party. Love this and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great flash!

It’s an awesome flash but goes through batteries pretty quick… Then again, a lot of flashes generally go through batteries quickly. Great product nonetheless!

5 Stars best single improvement for indoor shots
I had high expectations for a $250 flash, and was not disappointed. We primarily bought it because the built-in flash for my XTi wasn’t recycling fast enough; after 5-10 shots it was too slow to be useful. This EX430 is *fast*, tho; faster than the camera in “auto” mode.

My wife is the primary user, and in “full auto” mode it is a fantastic addition to the camera. I recommend the $10 diffuser, but even without the flash does great with the bounce.

5 Stars Amazing!
This player works- period! My setup is HDMI cable to LCD TV and digital coaxial cable to receiver. Easy as cake! Took me 5 minutes to setup. Plays blu-ray movies well. Netflix and YouTube features are a breeze to setup and operate. Haven’t tried plays mp3s yet. You should definitely get this player if you blu-ray movies, hours of entertainment on netflix and youtube.

4 Stars Happy new purchaser
Having been one of the pathetic droogs to purchase a HD-DVD player, I finally caved and replaced my Toshiba HD-A3 with a LG BD-370. What finally turned me was the Netflix Watch Instantly support– I got tired of hooking up the laptop to the TV set.

Key benefits to the LG player:

- The Netflix support is impressive. Your Watch Instantly queue is downloaded after you activate your device by entering a short code in your Netflix account. I use a wireless bridge for the devices around my TV, and the streaming quality was as good as DVD over a moderately good wireless signal– much better than my AMD laptop. The one issue was a slight audio lag, but after a couple of minutes I stopped noticing.

- Quiet and small. My Toshiba HD-DVD was not only much bigger, but after a few months the fan started groaning each time we turned it on. I’m hopeful the third gen LG generates less heat than the Toshiba second gen moose and doesn’t develop groaning fan syndrome.

- Somewhat weak IR reception. I need to work out the placement of the IR sensor, but I find myself moving my arm around to get it to register the remote control.

- Fussy interface navigation. The problem with making a DVD player too much like a computer is the temptation to treat the remote like a mouse requiring fifteen button presses to do everything (right-right-right-down-back-forward-up-down-OK). This is hardly unique to LG, but sometimes it’s nice to be able to do things with a single button click.

Truth be told, I have yet to play a Blu-Ray disk, but DVD upscaling looked great and I am so excited about the Netflix that Blu-Ray is just gravy. Haven’t yet tried playing a DIVX movie via the USB port, but that is another interesting feature of this low priced Blu-Ray drive– curious about how you navigate USB devices and the codec support.

5 Stars Awesome Blue-Ray Player
Great purchase! It has terrific features: Blue Ray and DVD playback, Netflix player, YouTube player, CinemaNow playber (which I had yet to use). I hooked it up to my network with a wired connection (I actually use a system that plugs into electrical outlets, as I did not have a wired network connection in the room where it is located) and both Netflix and YouTube work great! It is easy to use and the playback quality is superb. The remote has many of the rarely-used buttons hidden under a slide-open cover that is a little difficult to access. This is a terrific machine. I love it!

2 Stars No wireless
I am very disappointed that this player requires wired access. IN this day and age these types of devices all can do wireless (because few of us have network ports at our TVs). The directions say that wireless can cause bad video quality. Really? My Roku works perfectly, this is a cop out to explain not putting the $5 wireless support in the device. If I don;t return it I will have to buy an external wireless device.

3 Stars Don’t plays movies on Pendrive
I bought this LG BD370 and it does not plays movies on pendrive either on a comun dvd disc DIVX files format.
