5 Stars Holds amazingly well
I haven’t had much opportunity to use this since I like the windshield GPS holder better, but with what I have tested, I can say it’s amazing how well this stays on the dash. You can take corners surprisingly fast, and this thing doesn’t move.

5 Stars Perfect fit for my dash
This device is the perfect fit for my dash and it does not slide around. I use the TomTom and the only trouble I had was setting the device in the holder and keeping the cord from being bent(the cord that plugs for power to the TomTom)I highly recommend this device if you don’t like seeing circles on your windshield.

I fly all over the US and Canada on business and this has worked with my GPS on a variety of dashboards on the rental cars I use. Just bought one for my daughter for the GPS I just got her as a gift.

2 Stars not a universal fit
This base for Tom Tom series does not work for the larger screen unit.The mounting arm on the GPS is too short and the full circle shape will not allow to postion it. Get the open front type instead.Threw it out.

5 Stars Great for keeping you gps in place
Since California does not allow anything to be attached to the windshield (makes you wonder when they will expect us to remove our rear view mirrors), I needed something to keep my gps in view while driving. I ordered the GPS friction dash pad and am so happy that I did. I was putting my gps down in my cup holder and had to pick it up when I needed to see it, but now it’s right on the dash, in plain view and does not move at all while driving, turning, stopping or starting. I have been on some very rough, bumpy roads and it still does not move at all. A great product, thank you..
