Do not look for cheaper one.

OEM battery works much better and life is more than 3 times longer.

If you take photos in winter, you will regret your choice of cheap brand.

I have bad experience with cheap one. Always Buy OEM battery.

5 Stars Must have with the battery grip!
Bought this because i bought the battery grip for my 40d and it requires 2 batteries to run isntead of one, but then it doubles the shooting time, hell, i can say it triples or quadruples it, haha.

Pricey, but worth every penny.

I’ve only had this battery for a short time, but it appears to work just as well as the OEM battery. I can’t believe how much less expensive it is than the name-brand battery, so I’m thrilled to get such a great deal!

haven’t had it that long (so only gave it a 4), but works great so far – using as a backup to the cannon battery. Great value based on price and performance so far. Arrived very quickly, great service.

They work and they cost much less than the Canon batteries. My digital elf can’t tell the difference.

I have had this battery about a week and used it every day. Works great and still fully charged. Pleased beyond words.

I have had nothing but problems with the Canon battery that came with my new camera. After a dozen photos it would go dead. After sitting fully charged in my camera for a week unused would be dead when I wanted to use it. I seldom used my camera because of this. Canon charges around [...]60 bucks for the same battery-just has their name on it. Can’t go wrong at this price.

1 Star Did not work in SD1200IS
Based on positive reviews here, I bought this along along with an SD1200IS. It worked one time but subsequent attempts to use it in the camera elicited “Change battery pack” message on screen. Be warned.
