5 Stars Use this ink for long-lasting results
I use genuine Canon ink for projects where long life is important. For daily stuff, I can use aftermarket cartridges and/or refill myself to save a lot of money. If you refill, each tankful is about $1.50. If you buy aftermarket, cartridges can run anywhere from $2 to $10.

I have never refilled these particular cartridges, but understand that it’s easy to do. In addition, many websites say you can reset the ink level indicator with scotch tape a a minute or two. Don’t know if it works.
