Crucial 2GB 667 Mhz CT25664AC667 DDR2 200 Pin SODIMM Laptop Memory

SODIMMs get their name because they are smaller and thinner than regular DIMMs. A Small Outline Dual Inline Memory Module (SODIMM) consists of a number of memory components that are attached to a printed circuit board. The gold pins on the bottom of the SODIMM provide a connection between the module and a socket on a larger printed circuit board.

5 Stars It made my Acer Aspire One Fly
Short and sweet…
Bought it with my Acer Aspire One to double the OEM RAM.
Made a world of difference!
Ease of installation depends on the computer manufacturer’s instructions and engineering, it upped the speed of a netbook that is used in place of a fully configured audio/video production tower.
Packaging of the product is in that darned annoying thick blister plastic which is almost impossible to open without scissors and leaves sharp edges. Have a few band-aids available.
Looking to put some zip into your netbook/laptop?
Buy this!
5 Stars APPLICATION WAS GOOD
I DON’T KNOW WHAT IT DOES, IT WAS TOLD TO ME THAT I NEEDED TO INSTALL IT SO I DID. THE APPLICATION AND INSTALLATION WAS VERY EASY, SO I GUESS IT WILL DO WHAT IT IS SUPPOSE TO DO IN TIME.
5 Stars Not life changing, but it helps
Bought the Acer Aspire One 10.1″ D250 Kit at [...]. Very nice machine, good feature set and it works. It came with the usual 1-GB RAM installed. OK but obviously only just enough. Acer sort of claims 1-GB is the max the single slot can take, but every Acer hack website says it’ll take 2GB and most say that this is the 2-GB module to use. There is some debate over whether you end up with the full 2-GB or whether the system will only recognize 1.5GB or so. More on that later. I’ve used Crucial Memory several times before for my PCs and it has always been an excellent performer – and for $32, what the hey. So 24-hours after I bought the Acer, I ordered the 2-GB RAM. Was going out of town so I asked for 2-day shipping. The module arrived the next day – whoa! thanks!
I printed out the system specs before I started. Yup, showed 1-GB installed. Took out 1-screw, popped the panel, swapped modules and 2 minutes later I powered up again. Quite a bit quicker to load the OS, but absolutely no indication or messages that anything had changed. Opened a couple of apps, definitely quicker. And, the real reason for buying the 2-GB, I shoot a lot of digi-pics and 1-GB took forever to load the image folders and bring up the thumbnails. The D250 does that a lot quicker now, Checked the system specs again – yup, all 2-GB showing and at work. So, all-n-all, very simple to do, and a distinctly faster machine with no hitches, glitches or hiccups. Still not blazing speed, but a noticeable improvement. May not make me deliriously happy; but the 1-GB would have eventually driven me crazy and I’d have done this out of frustration. A very good experience and a worthwhile investment. And really and truly, anyone can do it.
5 Stars Necessity for 1GB netbooks!
I bought this memory stick for my new netbook and was so glad I did. It was easy to install and there have been no issues with it. I can’t imagine the netbook without it. For a small investment, you can more than double the speed of your netbook. I highly recommend getting this just as other reviewers recommended when I bought my netbook.
3 Stars Overall Satisfied
The Acer works well and has a fast internet connection. The keyboard is small and takes some adjusting. My husband reports the keyboard to be impossible to use — so it seems to work best for smaller hands. The Dell netbook keyboard is much easier to use and does not seem so crunched – but the Dell is also pricier. The keyboard also feels a little flimsy.

5 Stars Great SD Memory Card
Great card at a great price! I am using it with a 5MP Vivitar, and the speed is great. Transfers from my card reader to the computer are also very fast. An all around good card.
5 Stars Got if for my 1st Generation Kindle
Being a lucky buyer of the 1st generation of Kindles I needed SD cards to store portions of my electronic library so that my device wouldn’t get too cluttered. This card works like a charm and can hold about 200 full length e-books. Crazy, isn’t it? I feel like a character in a Heinlein novel!
5 Stars Kingston 2 GB Memory Card
Very good price. Holds about 600 photos. Would highly recommend. I purchased my second memory card as a backup.
5 Stars Does it’s Job Well
Does what it’s supposed to do and does it well. This card is cheap and fast and reliable – I own three and use them for digital cameras and data transfer between computers – never had a problem.
5 Stars Couldn’t believe the price compared to other sources.
I bought these SD cards to go in digital picture frames for Christmas presents. I am loading each with pictures for family and friends. 2gb of pictures are a lot of pictures.

4 Stars Good so far
Well, I have filled up the entire card with high-def video and retrieved the data just fine, so my first impression of this data card is good. I know that a real test of data cards is over long-term use and re-use, but there are some that are also damaged or bad on the spot. My experience so far with Kingston is good, and I would recommend it.
5 Stars Tons of space for my music!!!
This little thing is just a god-sent card. Although is a Class-4 16GB SDHC it doesn’t affect at how I play my music and videos from my Cowon D2 4 GB Portable Media Player (Black) I’ve got 1/4 of my entire music collection in it. That’s about 4000 mp3 songs! So I have a lot of music for playing before changing songs, which, by the time being, I did not have the need to. And it always worked flawlessly. I can completely be confident that my data in it will be safe. I’m just waiting for the 32 GB version to drop prices. I hope this will occur soon since the advent of the higher capacity SDXC cards (note the ‘X’) is going to happen any time.
5 Stars inexpensive flash card
Good thing I bought this when I purchased a Canon PowerShot 960, since the camera comes with no memory card! I also discovered that the camera, in AUTO mode, creates jpegs that are 3 Mb or more, so it will not take long to stuff this card. I should have (and just now did) buy a couple of 8 Gb Kingston cards, which are not that much more expensive. Note that this is not the fastest card available (currently Class 6), so do not expect rapid transfers to a computer.
1 Star Slowest shipping of all time
Arrived about two months after I ordered it. Won’t be ordering from this group again to say the least. Absolutely pathetic service.
3 Stars Works as it is supposed to
Nice to have an alternative to the higher prices brand names, it works that same and is multi functional
