Item was brand new, in box. Works perfectly. Formats fine. No problem recording 720p HD video to it from a Leica D-LUX 4.

I meant to order the mini flash card and this item is useless to me. I have contacted the seller for a return but have not received any response. The only thin I get are these opinion request. So here is my opinion, “I’m not happy”! Would not recommend purchasing products from Amazon.com
